Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

We are the data controller responsible for your information processed through the Game, except where the TikTok platform or advertising partners act as independent controllers of data they collect directly (see Section 6).

2. The Platform

The Game runs as a mini game inside TikTok (operated by TikTok Pte. Ltd. / ByteDance and its affiliates, the "Platform"). Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of the Platform. We encourage you to review TikTok's privacy policy.

3. Information We Collect

We aim to collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Game. The categories below describe what may be processed.

3.1 Information you provide or that the Platform provides on your behalf

• Login / authentication identifiers. When you sign in through TikTok, the Platform provides us with a temporary login code (and/or an anonymous code). We may use this code to obtain a Platform-issued user identifier (such as an "openid") that lets us recognise your session. We do not receive your TikTok password.

3.2 Information generated while you play

• Game progress and settings. Level progress, in-game currency ("coins"), power-up/item inventory, selected language, audio/haptic preferences, frame-rate setting, and similar gameplay data. This data is stored locally on your device in encrypted form and is used to save your progress.
• Reward and advertising interactions. When you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to obtain in-game items, we process whether an ad was started, completed, or closed, so that we can grant the corresponding reward.

3.3 Technical information

• Device and diagnostic data. Basic technical information such as device/screen characteristics, approximate performance metrics, and error logs that the game engine or Platform may generate to keep the Game running and to fix problems.

We do not intentionally collect your real name, postal address, phone number, precise location, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal data through the Game.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

1. To provide the Game – authenticate your session, load and save your progress, and deliver core gameplay.
2. To deliver rewards – grant in-game items after you complete a rewarded advertisement.
3. To operate advertising – display rewarded video advertisements served through the Platform's advertising services.
4. To maintain and improve the Game – diagnose crashes, fix bugs, ensure stability and security, and prevent fraud or abuse.
5. To provide support – respond to your enquiries when you contact us.
6. To comply with law – meet legal, regulatory, and Platform-policy obligations.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our agreement with you (providing the Game); our legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention); your consent (where requested, e.g. for certain advertising); and compliance with legal obligations. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"), we collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent (including deemed consent) or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Local Storage of Save Data

Your game save data is stored on your device by the Game/Platform runtime. We do not operate a personal-profile server that stores your gameplay save data off-device, unless expressly stated otherwise. Clearing the Game's data, removing the mini game, or resetting the Platform's cache may permanently delete your local save data.

6. Advertising

The Game shows rewarded video advertisements that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. These advertisements are served through the Platform's advertising services and/or its advertising partners. Those parties may collect and process information (such as device identifiers and ad-interaction data) as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, including for measurement and ad delivery. We receive limited information about whether an ad was completed so that we can grant your reward; we do not receive your advertising profile.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only as follows:

• Platform and advertising providers – with TikTok/ByteDance and ad partners to authenticate you and to serve rewarded ads, as described above.
• Service providers – with vendors who help us operate, host, secure, or support the Game, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal and safety – where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

8. International Transfers

We are based in Singapore. Information may be processed in, or transferred to, countries other than your own, including by the Platform and advertising partners. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Locally stored save data remains on your device until you or the Platform delete it. Session identifiers and diagnostic logs are kept for limited periods consistent with operating and securing the Game.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of locally stored save data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Access to the Game through TikTok is additionally subject to TikTok's own minimum-age requirements.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law (including the PDPA), you may have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• withdraw consent to our processing (which may affect your ability to use parts of the Game);
• request deletion of your personal data, where applicable.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Game may reference or rely on third-party services (such as the Platform and ad networks). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies separately.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
