2. The Platform

The Game runs as a mini game inside TikTok (the "Platform"). Your use of the Platform is also subject to the Platform's own terms, policies, and guidelines. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Platform's terms with respect to your use of the Platform itself, the Platform's terms govern your relationship with the Platform. These Terms govern your relationship with us regarding the Game.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and by the Platform) to use the Game. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Licence to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent permitted by law;
• use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software to interfere with the Game;
• circumvent, disable, or tamper with security, advertising, or reward mechanisms;
• access the Game by any means other than the official Platform interface;
• use the Game for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or Platform policy;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game or its underlying systems.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Virtual Items and Rewards

6.1 The Game may include virtual items, in-game currency ("coins"), power-ups, and similar features (collectively, "Virtual Items").

6.2 Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any item of monetary value outside the Game.

6.3 You do not own Virtual Items. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Virtual Items within the Game. Virtual Items are not transferable between users or accounts unless expressly permitted.

6.4 We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, manage, modify, regulate, remove, or eliminate Virtual Items, including their availability, balances, and features, without liability to you.

6.5 Rewarded advertising. You may choose to watch rewarded video advertisements to obtain certain Virtual Items. Watching such advertisements is optional. Rewards are granted only when an advertisement is completed as required by the advertising provider. Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may depend on the Platform and ad partners.

6.6 Save data (including Virtual Items) is generally stored locally on your device. Loss of device data, clearing the Game's cache, or removing the mini game may result in permanent loss of progress and Virtual Items, for which we are not liable.

7. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements served through the Platform and/or its advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all software, code, graphics, audio, text, designs, trademarks, and other content (excluding third-party and Platform content), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 4, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature of it) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or be free of errors or interruptions. The Game depends on the Platform; if the Platform changes or becomes unavailable, the Game may be affected.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. By using the Game, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at https://scmresourcespte.com/privacy-policy.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE GAME, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) SGD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Game or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6.2–6.4, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
